EVERY BARREL WE FILL IS AN ACT OF DEFIANCE AGAINST THE FORGETTABLE. WE DIDN'T BUILD IRON & ALE TO MAKE SOMETHING SAFE. WE BUILT IT TO MAKE SOMETHING THAT HITS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN AND LINGERS LIKE A SCAR.
Our brewmaster, Marcus Cole, spent 12 years on the factory floor before he ever touched a mash tun. He knows the smell of hot steel. He knows what it means to build something with your hands. That ethos bleeds into every single batch we produce.

Our 3,200 sq/ft brewhouse operates 7 days a week. Two 30-barrel kettles. Six fermenters. One obsession. We source raw ingredients with the same rigor an engineer applies to tolerances — because in this game, precision is the difference between legendary and landfill.
